I do also enjoy being HR Interim Manager for certain time or I love to help companies in Due Diligence, pre or post Transformation phase.
As we all know HR can be huge fun but we need to, time to time, solve unpleasant things such as downsizing or dismissals. I am also acting as HR Crisis manager in case of restructure, reorganization or in case of emergency. I am also talking to the state authorities or helping my clients in prevention of any kind of potential issues which might occur in relation with their people.
I am fluent in English, German and Czech language and I have solid EU labour law background, as well.
